Monday, November 1, 1915 34 Above. Clear in the morning, clouding up in the after noon. Clear at night. Very warm crickets singing tonight. Warm as hell. Worked on the road in the fore noon all hands. I took the milk after dinner. Boys cleaned out barn put wood in the wood house after noon.

Tuesday, November 2, 1915 48 Above. Very warm Cloudy & had thunder showers in fore noon. Rained hard. In ____ minutes it hailed some down in Flanders. Lewis s& I worked on the road in the fore noon. Heman drew up some bran [?] in the fore noon. Boys cleaned out barn & ect. I took the milk after dinner.

Thursday, November 4, 1915 36 Above. Cool & cloudy all day. Rain at night. Boys went up Uncle Dans after Heifer in the fore noon. I ploughed green soared in the fore noon took milk in the after noon. Boys piled some wood after dinner Mother & Lucy papered dining room. I helped put on bordering in the evening.

Friday, November 5, 1915 37 Above. Cold & cloudy all day. There was a ____ rabbit in front of the shed this morning. He took to his heels might be sick. Boys cleaned out barn then put some wood in wood house. I took out load of Munar & plowed a little. Boys went hunting after noon. I took the milk. I sent $115.00 to the bank.

Saturday, November 6, 1915 30 Above. Clear & cold all day. I went down to the depot after engine with the oxen in the fore noon then took milk after dinner. Boys drew in to load of Stalks in the fore noon then picked some corn in after noon. Lewis cleaned out barn, done some chores & put some wood in wood house.

Sunday, November 7, 1915 24 Above. Clear & frosty in the morning. I had to clean up the Barn floor put horse power up Kept working around all day. Took the milk. Boys cleaned out barn then skylarked around. I settled up with Kirk gave him $760. Jim came over Sarah came over & stayed all night to help out on the __________.

Monday, November 8, 1915 30 Above. Clear & nice all day. Had to put steps at the front door then drew up some dirt 4 load Raked up some leaves & cleaned up door yard. I took the milk. Boys clenad out the barn picked up back door yard women folks picked 3 rosters Sara cut them up put on the stove cooking.
